A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
In 2005 he completed a judicial training at the District Court (Sąd Okręgowy) in Poznań.
Since 2006 he has been entered on the list of advocates of the Greater Poland Bar Association (Wielkopolska Izba Adwokacka).
He specializes in conducting complex trials and proceedings in the field of civil and family law, including multi-million claims for damages.
He has many years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts and providing day-to-day services to business entities, including in such industries as: real estate, tourism, trade.

Since 2015, he has been entered on the list of licensed trustees kept by the Ministry of Justice, and since 2016 - on the list of licensed restructuring advisors.
He specializes in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
He has many years of experience in conducting negotiations and providing extensive legal services for business entities, including in such industries as: new technologies, e-commerce, real estate, investment processes, construction and development services.
He conducts training courses in negotiations, economic, civil and bankruptcy law. Employees and managers of the largest Polish companies have participated in his open training sessions.
In 2012/2013 he was a member of the National Electoral Commission at the National Bar of Attorneys-at-law.

Attorney-at-law entered on the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the District Bar of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Poznaniu).
In his practice, he has gained extensive experience in the field of tax law, especially in cases relating to commercial companies.
He provided legal advice on tax obligations, drafting legal opinions, representing clients in front of the tax authorities and developing tax-effective structures for running a business.
He is fluent in German and English.
